Google Account Alum Policy

(Effective:  May 1, 2025)

All Alumnae:

The school is pleased to provide all alums who graduated after 2009 with a personal gmail account. (20xx@castilleja.org). 

• For security purposes, Casti Gmail accounts that are unused for 12 months are suspended. Accounts may be reactivated by contacting support@castilleja.org.

Alums are encouraged to download and transfer their data to a personal cloud account since they will not have access to their Castilleja Google Drives, Shared Drives, Google Groups or Google Photos after graduation.
